My journey into The Secret Garden was full of magic, wonder and beautiful green things! I really enjoyed my excursion into the dark, dank depths of the Catacombs. Every series I think “These are my new favorites!” and I couldn’t agree more in regards to this series which has been my most labor intensive to date. To bend, shape, and saw simple sheet metal into a vast variety of forms; to create texture, patina, and transfer metals with chemistry; and to see my designs go from simple drawings to functional art that you can hold in your hand is extremely rewarding.
